On May 10th, 2022, the SWMO conducted a pretreatment survey for curly leaf pondweed on Cedar Lake.  The results of that survey can be seen in the file titled "2022 CedarPretreatment".  Based on the survey results the DNR approved 105 acres of treatment using diquat.  The areas approved by the DNR can be seen in the file labeled "Cedar_Scott_2022CLPApproved".
 
Treatment for curly leaf pondweed was administered according to the DNR approved map and chemical on Tuesday, May 24th.  
 

Additional assessments and meetings with the DNR will take place on Wednesday June 1st in an effort to increase treatments now.
